Our calculators and report builders — the health snapshot, metabolic scorecard, muscle checklist, biological age estimator, routine chart, calorie blueprint, meal plan, GLP-1 guide and training plan — run entirely in your browser or app. The height, weight, age, measurements, medications, lab numbers and goals you type are used to generate your PDF on your own device. We do not send those entries to our servers and we do not store them.

Items you add to your basket are saved in your device's local storage so your selection survives a page refresh. You can clear it at any time with the "Empty basket" button or by clearing your browser data.

Accounts are optional and used only for the site's own administration area. If you create one, we store your email address and an encrypted password through our hosting provider's authentication service. We do not sell or share account details.

Purchases are made on this website, not inside the Android app. When card payment is switched on, payment details are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.

Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type and pages requested. This is used for security and to understand which articles are read. We do not use this data to build advertising profiles.

We use only what the site needs to work: a sign-in session cookie if you have an account, and local storage for your basket and form entries. We do not run third-party advertising cookies.

This service is intended for adults. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Because health entries are never transmitted, clearing your browser or app data removes them completely. If you hold an account and want it deleted, contact us and we will remove it and any associated records.
