A personal journey from declining metabolic health to informed, intentional living became the foundation for The Modern Health Report.
Our story
It began with the determination to reclaim a life.
At 55, David Beaver knows how quickly health can change. His type 2 diabetes had become difficult to control despite traditional treatment. He recalls blood glucose readings near 293 mg/dL and an A1c of 13.3, along with excess weight, exhaustion and real concern about the future.
Working with his healthcare team, David explored peptide-based medical care alongside meaningful changes in nutrition, movement and daily habits. Over four months, his reported A1c fell to 5.5. He lost more than 35 pounds, began exercising consistently, built strength, slept better and felt his energy return.
The experience did more than change his health. It changed his understanding of what modern science, responsible medical guidance and disciplined habits could make possible. That realization inspired The Modern Health Report: a place where complex health information is translated into practical, evidence-aware education.
A personal record
These personal images and records help tell David’s story. Home body-composition readings can fluctuate and are not clinical measurements; the laboratory result should be interpreted with a healthcare professional.

Our vision
We envision a future where preventable chronic disease is reduced, healthy aging is supported and more people can access science-based tools that help them live healthier, stronger and more purposeful lives.
Health is more than avoiding disease. It is waking with energy, moving without unnecessary limitations, thinking clearly, building strength, being present with family and living with purpose.
Science should empower those aims—not replace healthy habits, but help people understand and strengthen them.
More energy, clearer thinking, confident movement, meaningful relationships and being present for the people who matter.
Nutrition, resistance training, cardiovascular fitness, sleep, stress management and recovery remain the foundation.
Use the best available research, practical education and responsible health tracking to make intentional decisions.
Be clear about what is established, what is emerging, what remains uncertain and where professional care belongs.
