How to make it
- Whisk the yogurt, egg, whey protein, cacao and maple syrup in a small air-fryer-safe ramekin until smooth.
- Air fry at 320ยฐF / 160ยฐC for 7โ9 minutes, until the edge is set but the centre is still soft.
- Rest for 2 minutes before eating; air fry 1โ2 minutes longer if you prefer a fully set cake.

Blended cottage-cheese fudge is a current social-video favourite: five ingredients, no oven and a dense chocolate finish.

- 0.5 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cacao powder
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips
How to make it
- Blend the cottage cheese, whey protein, cacao and maple syrup until completely smooth.
- Fold in the chocolate chips, then spread the mixture in a small lined container.
- Freeze for 45โ60 minutes until firm enough to slice into four squares; keep chilled and eat one portion at a time.

How to make it
- Whisk the protein powder, oat flour, Greek yogurt, egg white, baking powder and cinnamon in a microwave-safe mug until smooth.
- Microwave on high for 90 seconds, until risen and just set.
- Stir the Greek yogurt with a little zero-calorie sweetener and drizzle over the top as icing.

Air fryer apple cheesecake wrap
A crisp, golden dessert wrap with a warm apple-cheesecake centre โ an air-fryer favourite.
On GLP-1: Cut into halves or quarters and eat slowly; the wrap crisps again well if reheated.

- 1 each high-protein tortilla
- 1 small apple
- 2 tbsp reduced-fat cream cheese
- 2 tbsp nonfat greek yogurt
- 0.5 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon and powdered zero-calorie sweetener
How to make it
- Mix the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder and cinnamon, then fold in the diced apple.
- Spoon onto the tortilla, fold tightly like a burrito and place seam-side down in the air fryer.
- Air fry at 375ยฐF / 190ยฐC for 6โ8 minutes until crisp and golden, then dust with cinnamon and powdered zero-calorie sweetener.
